Unilever bekerja sama dengan MM UGM mengadakan Guest Lecturer bertajuk "Making A Sustainable Future : Growing in A Resource Constrained World". Kapan dan bagaimana, kita simak yuk.

Guest Lecturer dari Unilever ini akan diadakan pada Rabu, 2 Mei 2012, di Auditorium MM UGM pukul 13.30 – 15.30 WIB besok. Unilever akan mendatangkan Sancoyo Antarikso, Corporate Secretary PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, sebagai pembicara. Beliau adalah alumni Fakultas Ekonomi UGM angkatan 1982. Tidak semua orang tahu bagaimana melakukan manajemen stres dengan baik. Stres yang dikelola dengan baik akan membuat seseorang menjadi individu yang lebih tangguh. Seseorang yang pandai mengelola stres secara otomatis akan mampu menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru bagi diri sendiri untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
Berikut beberapa tip untuk melakukan manajemen stres agar tekanan yang Anda hadapi bisa membuat Anda tetap produktif.
1. Kenali penyebab stres!

Hal penting untuk mengatasi stres adalah mengenali aspek yang menimbulkan stres itu sendiri. Diam sesaat dan renungkan apa yang sebenarnya membebani pikiran Anda. "Kalau sudah tahu, gali lagi lebih dalam, apa benar hal itu seberat yang ada di pikiran Anda," ujar Djuni Utami, Pembantu Direktur Bidang Akademik United Tractors School. Coba ubah pola pikir tersebut, mungkin beban tersebut sebenarnya tidak sesulit tampaknya.
2. Do action!

Setelah memahami, langkah penting selanjutnya adalah mengambil tindakan konkret. Buatlah jadwal dan perencanaan. "Jadwal akan membantu Anda mengelola waktu," ujar Sri Muliati Abdullah, Staf Ahli Bidang Recruitment and Training ECC UGM. Disiplinkan diri Anda pada jadwal dan perencanaan tersebut. Selesaikan satu per satu sehingga hasilnya optimal.
3. Sharing!
Sering bersosialisasi dan bertukar pengalaman mampu mengurangi beban tekanan pekerjaan. Mengapa? Karena aktivitas tersebut memungkinkan Anda mendapatkan data-data objektif dari hasil pengalaman rekan bicara Anda. Ceritakan beban Anda sehingga orang lain mengetahuinya dan bisa memberikan saran sebelum dampak negatif muncul. "Pilih lawan sharing yang memiliki pengetahuan lebih banyak dibanding Anda, seperti atasan atau teman dekat," terang Djuni Utami.
4. Manjakan diri
Jika stres sudah semakin membebani dan pikiran tak mampu lagi berkonsentrasi tak ada salahnya Anda berhenti sejenak. Lakukan hal-hal yang menyenangkan. "Wajib bagi diri kita untuk menghadiahi diri sendiri," ujar Sri Muliati Abdullah, seperti jalan-jalan atau melakukan hobi. Selama bisa membuat Anda refresh, turuti saja. Sehingga nantinya saat harus kembali di depan meja kerja lagi, Anda sudah siap dengan amunisi semangat yang lebih baik.

5. Pola hidup sehat
Pikiran refresh akan sia-sia tanpa kondisi badan yang fit. Oleh karenanya, makan dan istirahatlah secara teratur. Selain itu, berolahraga teratur juga akan membuat badan terasa segar sehingga gangguan tidur bisa Anda hindari. [CN]

Lalu, adakah cara untuk mempermudah seseorang melewati tahapan tes tersebut? Berikut beberapa tip yang bisa Anda gunakan untuk menghadapi tes dalam Bahasa Inggris.
  • Tes Tertulis
Banyak berlatih
Saat akan menghadapi tes tertulis dalam bahasa asing khususnya Inggris, HR Staff Bank of Tokyo Ummu Hani, menyarankan seseorang untuk memperbanyak berlatih soal. "Kan sekarang sudah banyak buku-buku TOEFL atau TOEIC, banyak berlatih dengan itu," ujarnya.
Tes tertulis, tentu berbeda dengan wawancara. Di sini, kemampuan bahasa Inggris Anda tidak sebatas "bisa dipahami". "Untuk itu, belajar lagi tentang structure, vocabulary, grammar, dan kaidah-kaidah penulisan lainnya," terang Sri Muliati Abdullah, Staf Ahli Bagian Training and Recruitment ECC UGM.
  • Tes Wawancara
     
Berlatih conversation
Beberapa hari sebelum tes berlangsung, berlatihlah untuk berbicara dalam Bahasa Inggris. Ajak rekan yang lebih pandai dan bisa memotivasi untuk menjadi partner conversation Anda. Semakin sering berlatih, lidah Anda pun akan terbiasa mengucapkan kata-kata sulit dalam Bahasa Inggris.
Siapkan jawaban
Selain melatih perbincangan dalam Bahasa Inggris, ada baiknya Anda juga melatih diri menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan standar wawancara dalam Bahasa Inggris. Misalnya, karakter diri, riwayat pendidikan, kontribusi awal yang bisa Anda berikan kepada perusahaan, alasan melamar posisi tersebut, dan pertanyaan lain yang sering muncul saat wawancara kerja. Paling tidak dengan menyiapkan jawaban dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan umum, Anda bisa lebih percaya diri dan merasa siap.

Yang tidak kalah pentingnya, jaga ketenangan emosi saat wawancara kerja. Perasaan gugup atau grogi bisa membuat seseorang tidak lancar bicara karena energinya habis untuk memikirkan kecemasannya tersebut.
Ummu mengungkapkan saat wawancara kerja dalam Bahasa Inggris, pewawancara tidak terlalu memperhatikan struktur kalimat yang diucapkan kandidat. "Lebih pada bagaimana jawaban dia terhadap pertanyaan yang diajukan, pas tidak dengan pertanyaannya," terangnya. Ummu pun berbagi tips. Jawaban yang disampaikan saat wawancara sebaiknya tidak terlalu singkat ataupun terlalu panjang sampai tidak tertangkap maknanya. "Jawab dulu pertanyaannya dengan singkat dan mengena, baru setelahnya dijabarkan," terang Ummu.
Terlepas dari itu untuk menghadapi tes bahasa Inggris, baik tertulis maupun wawancara, Anda harus memahami diri sendiri. Kenali kelemahan dan kekuatan Anda. "Jika speaking-nya lemah, maka coba belajar speaking lebih banyak," ujar Ummu. Anda bisa memulainya dengan menyukai hal-hal berbahasa Inggris, sepeti novel dan lagu. "Juga harus memiliki mindset dan cita-cita untuk mengglobal, jadikan Bahasa Inggris sebagai kebutuhan," tandas Sri Muliati Abdullah.

Pindad (Persero) pada tanggak 29 April 1983, kemudian pada tahun 1989 perusahaan ini berada dibawah pembinaan Badan Pengelola Industri Strategis (BPIS) yang kemudian pada tahun 1999 berubah menjadi PT. Support launch and subsequent program requirements in Part releasing (CKD and local part releasing). This position will also be responsible in implementing design changes on CKD and local parts and support all manufacturing areas to assist in the resolution any engineering issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable University
  • Has experience at least for 3 years in Product Engineering Knowledge in Automotive Industry
  • Language : Proficiency in local language along with English- written, spoken and comprehension is very important

Responsibilities:

Role Objective:
  • The role of the Accountant and Admin Staff is for handling administrative and accounting duties for management, job duties include handling day-to-day accounting activities, communications and office tasks.
  • Incoming call coordination – in particular- assisting customers with requests.
  • Pro active in aligning with Finance management, Sales and Operations team members.
  • Reviews and posts receipts and payments to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records and database.
  • Process for purchase orders, researches discrepancies, seeks approvals and processes payments.
  • Answers AP/AR inquiries and follow up and maintain billing system and customer files.
  • Prepare and process receipts, cash, etc and manage Accounts Receivables.
  • Prepare bank deposits, account reconciliation
  • Mail pickup and delivery, office supplies, other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, with 23 – 30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting
  • Experience minimum 1 year in accounting areas
  • Able to communicate in English both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours work
