We have done four comprehensive pre-feasibility studies and we have secured three geothermal IUPs (mining concession license) for three areas in Sumatera. These three areas are included in the PLN long-term development plan (RUPTL 2010-2019) and in the second 10,000 MW accelerated development program launched by the government of Indonesia in 2010. Supreme plans to develop at least 220 MW of geothermal capacity in each area, with commercial production expected to start in late 2015 or early 2016.

GENERAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree. Having 5 years experience in handling general office services and maintenance support. Capable of handling mechanical, electrical, voice and data cabling, carpentry and plumbing matters. Good communication and fluent in written and spoken English. The person will report to the Manager of General Services supervising and handling the day-today activities which include but not limited to facilities management such as offices, company houses/apartment, cleaning service, office equipments, travel and transportation arrangements.

SITE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or Chemical Engineering Engineering professional with minimum 20 years experience in control of major civil construction project. The person will be a member of the project construction team to construct power plant and steam field projects. The person will support the Earth Scientist and Engineering Group in performing basic management and manipulation of geological, engineering data; manage data base and data traffic and also work program and budget as well as performing a variety of technical engineering, geoscience and other Exploration & duties as required.

FIELD RELATIONS OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
Bacheclor degree. Having 3 to 5 years experience in similar field. Good written and spoken English. Good personality and willing to travel to field location.
The person will assist the Head of Field Relations in maintaining and promoting a healthy relation between central and government, NGOs and Community, with responsibilities to assist in and developing and promoting Community Relations and Development program and policies.

Qualification & Experience:

    1. PROCESS OPERATORS

    Applicants should have a minimum of Secondary education with at least 6 years of experience in LNG, LPG, Sour Gas Processing, Sulphur Recovery, Refinery or a similar process environment together with a mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of process instrumentation and DCS Operations.

    2. UTILITY OPERATORS

    Applicants should have a minimum of Secondary education with at least 6 years of experience in operating and monitoring the following plants and equipments:

    Fuel Gas/Sour Gas system, cooling water pumps and exchangers, desalination plant, potable water units, demineralizing units and softeners, nitrogen operators and cryogenic equipments, Air compressors and dryers, Flare system and sour/wet dry flare knock out drums, DCS, PLC, Foxboro, Etalba and Fire gas sytem, Permit to work system, Emergency response.

    3. POWER OPERATORS

    Applicants should have at least 6 years of experience in operating and monitoring Gas Turbines with DLN Technology, Frame V/VI GE turbines and generators, Boilers and heat recovery steam generators. Mark V/VI speedtronic control system, Fire and gas system, Electrical network control system, Emergency response.

    In addition, candidates for all 3 roles above must meet the following competency

    requirements:
    • High aptitude with Safety Management Systems
    • High level of competency in relationship AND team building including communicative skills in English Language between peers.

    4. FIELD OPERATORS - STORAGE AND LOADING

    Applicants should have a minimum of Secondary education with at least 6 years of experience in LNG, LPG or AMMONIA Storage and Loading with specific knowledge/experience working within Berth operations LNG or LPG, Sea Water systems, Cooling Water systems, Gas COMPRESSOR OPERATIONS (bog), Cryogenic pumps//systems, Fuel Gas/Flare system, Centrifugal large scale Compressor stations/network, Heavy duty centrifugal/vertical pumps, Gas plant/LPG Operations.
