A. HR Professional / HR Team Leader

Job description

• Oversee the development, implementation, review, maintenance and coordination of the programs, plans, policies, procedures and practices covering Human Resources by carrying out several of the following tasks:
o Ability to develop a strategic HR Management plan.
o Ability to communicate in a credible and confident manner at all levels within the organization.
o Understanding of competency based HRM including recruitment process, training and development, performance management and remuneration processes.
o Ability to plan resources in line with budget requirements.

• Identify and plan for the likely impact of current and future trends and changes in the company s business environment regarding manpower levels, reward structures, skill levels and utilization.
• Identify and plan Expatriate Knowledge Transfer for internal talent and facilitate the respective Line Manager to do annual talent review.
• Review results of performance reviews to ensure feedback into training plan and succession planning function.
• Monitor recruitment process of staff employees to ensure competency requirements are met.
• Communicate with line managers regarding people related issues and provide guidance/support as required.
• Maintain and build relationships with the authorities and key sources of manpower (recruitment agencies, etc).
• Candidates should possess HR professional certification (CHRP – Certified Human Resource Professional, and/or GPHR – Global Professional Human Resource).

B. IT Professional / IT Team Leader

Job description

• To provide cost effective IT solutions to the Jakarta office through compliance with IT procedures, and to provide IT direction/strategy and to establish plans by carrying out several of the following tasks:
o Provide technical review of hardware and software
o Provide support for hardware infrastructure and application development and database
o Analyze the business requirements for the system architecture and topology
o Familiar with Windows, Unix/Linux systems

• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and have the ability and flexibility to respond to IT issue requirements
• Maintain the components of system architecture and topology on an ongoing basis
• Liaise with IT in Statoil head office in Norway

Personal qualities (for both positions) :

• Fluency in English
• Business understanding and awareness
• Systematic and efficient working methods
• Good interpersonal skills- team work oriented across disciplines and organizational boundaries

1. Project Manager (Code: PM)

Reporting to Operation Manager & GM Operation, this position responsible; ensure all aspects of mining including Production, Plant, Finance, SH&E, GA, & HR being managed internally accordingly to the Project s KPIs & target; ensure all operational aspects of mining including mine planning & other contractual issues being managed externally with Mining Owner; constantly discussing development & area of improvement for the existing projects and opportunity of new project development;
Applicants should have a minimum Mining Engineering degree & qualification with minimum 5 (five) years professional experience in similar role in the open –pit coal mining operations; must have mining operation management & technical skill; hold minimum “POM” certification is a must; must have communication skill & ability to establish an effective communication internally with team and externally with Mining Owner; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

2. Production Superintendent (Code: PST)

Reporting to Project Manager and work closely with Engineering Superintendent and Plant Superintendent; familiar with operational best practices; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization;
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining with minimum 2 (two) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; hold minimum “Pratama-POP” certification is a must; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

3. Production Supervisor (Code: PSV)

Reporting to Operation Superintendent and work closely with Engineering Supervisor, this position will lead, organize and provide direction for all Foremen and crews of overburden in a safe, effective manner on time and within target budget; familiar with operational best practices in loading point, haul road, and dumping area; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization;
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining, Geological or Civil Engineering degree & qualification with minimum 2 (two) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; hold minimum “Pratama-POP” certification is preferred; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; must have ability to operate computer and mining software; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

4. Mine Engineer Superintendent (Code: MEST)

Applicants should have a qualification degree in Mechanical Engineering; professional experience in Plant Planning is preferred; fresh graduate are welcomed; have knowledge of best practices in maintenance planning; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

7. HSE Officer (Code: HSE)

Reporting to Safety Superintendent and Project Manager, this position will be responsible to develop and implement all aspects of safety and training, accident prevention, safety performance report, and accident and incident investigation for the mining operations.
Applicants should have a qualification degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Engineering& qualification with 2 (two) years professional experience; have knowledge of HSE and OHSAS 18001 and hold training/ seminars certificate of safety is preferred; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

8. Field HRDGA Supervisor (Code: HS)

Applicants should have 3 (three) years professional experience in similar role; Excellent knowledge in Human Resources system, procedures performance management, Indonesian labor law & regulation relation, recruitment, training & development, and compensation & benefit; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; Must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

9. Surveyor (Code: SU)

Reporting to Engineering Supervisor and work closely with Production Supervisor, this position will create work-surveying plan, calculate digging volume at the end of month in all mine sites, and prepare data survey. Applicants should have a minimum STM Tambang, Geodetic or Civil Engineering & qualification with minimum 3 (three) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; good ability inemployee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; must have ability to operate computer and mining software; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

10. Geologist (Code: GE)

Reporting to Engineering Supervisor, this position will conduct coal mining project feasibility, report and update project status, verify and calculate potential locations and reserves from borehole data, and communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey.
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Geology Engineering degree & qualification with minimum 3 (three) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; must have ability to operate computer and mining software; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.
