As the <strong>Health &amp; Safety Manager</strong> you will lead, direct and be the business expert in safety, environmental, compliance, investigations and risk related issues. You will be at the forefront of further developing a Zero Harm culture where people are motivated, skilled and accountable for the safety of themselves, their workmates and others in their work places.<br /><span id="more-22439"></span><br />
Requirements:<br />
Essential experience required<br />
8-10 years in a Senior HSE role and proven knowledge of HSE management best practices.<br />
Experience working on site in Mining or construction environment<br />
Incident Investigation experience, identification, analysis, reporting, recommendation and monitoring of performance<br />
HSE Training and Development including development and delivery of programs at all levels and within all areas. A certificate in workplace training and assessment or similar preferred<br />
Compliance through audit, monitoring and recommendation to address any areas of concern.<br />
Project leadership experiences to enable others to perform with guidance and support, advice and initiative<br />
Develop and maintain HSE Management Plans and other generalist HSE Coordination, reporting, advice, communications and any related safety issues</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
A Bachelor or Master qualifications in the OH&amp;S area will be highly regarded<br />
Audit training<br />
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be an advantage.</p>
<p>Other experience required<br />
Able to Lead teams and communicate with all levels of management<br />
Able to communicate with External bodies/Government personnel/Chief villages<br />
Interpersonal / verbal/written communication skills at all levels<br />

<li><strong>Quality Assurance Manager</strong></li>
<li><strong>Audit &amp; Risk Superintendent / Audit &amp; Risk Officer</strong></li>
<li><strong>QA Superintendent</strong></li>
<li><strong>Mine Engineering Manager</strong></li>
<li><strong>Civil Construction Supervisor</strong></li>
</ul><p>The main criteria is minimum 3 years experience in related job function and industry for supervisor / specialist position and minimum 5 years experience in related job function and industry for superintendent / manager position, willing to work at project site at North &amp; Central Sulawesi, East &amp; South Kalimantan, and North Sumatra.</p>
